About.com interviewed Cam Gigandet at the 2008 San Diego Comic-Con about “The Unborn” and “Twilight.”

The actor, who stars as Mark Hardigan in David Goyer’s thriller “The Unborn” [alongside Odette Yustman, Gary Oldman and Meagan Good], discussed his role in the movie, commenting that he was interested by his role because he got to play a different kind of character ___  a good guy, who tries to do the right thing and tries to protect Casey Beldon (Yustman’s character).

In a discussion at the convention, Cam said that shooting “The Unborn” was physically exhausting, but it seems like the cast also had fun behind the scenes ___ ”I haven’t laughed that hard. We had some good laughs and it was very fun,” revealed the actor.

Finally he said that he was not ready for Comic-Con, though he told MTv in a recent interview that he might have been a bit more prepared for Hall H than some of his Twilight co-stars.
